SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic
As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on, working around the clock to keep members moving safely.
Key pay and benefits
- Competitive salary – £55,869 basic (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance if applicable), with the opportunity to earn up to £61,000.
- Weekly variety – 40 hours per week, roster seven days in advance with core working hours confirmed three days prior.
- Flexibility outside of 9‑5 – shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
We’ll equip you for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostic kit, all provided.
