Gpac has partnered with a general contractors looking to add Superintedents to their team. Specifically, a Superintendent with experience building large K-12 schools. What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program!
Superintendent Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Superintendent
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
- Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
