About the Role
This is your opportunity to lead a site wide reliability function that drives asset performance and operational excellence at Cowal Gold Operation - with a clear development pathway into a future Maintenance Manager role. As Superintendent - Reliability, you will set the vision and deliver strategies that maximise equipment uptime, extend asset life, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across fixed plant, mobile fleet, underground equipment, and critical infrastructure.

You will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive reliability improvement plan aligned with site and corporate objectives.

Oversee condition monitoring programs (such as vibration checks, oil analysis and thermal imaging) and ensure timely, data‑driven recommendations.

Lead root cause analysis and defect elimination initiatives to prevent repeat failures.
