Superintendent – Heavy Civil Construction (San Francisco Bay Area)
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA Experience Required: 4+ years in heavy civil construction (earthwork, roadway/hardscapes, concrete structures, wet/dry utilities). MEP experience required. Trackwork experience preferred.
About the Role
We're looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex heavy civil projects across the Bay Area. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in civil scopes, understands how MEP interfaces with site and structural work, and can keep crews productive, safe, and aligned with project goals.
