- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, nursing homes).
- Assign tasks to cleaners and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods and safety procedures.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of workers.
- Report issues, damages, or manpower problems to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are properly used and maintained.
- Liaise with clients and site managers when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
- Able to lead and manage a team of cleaners.
