Role Overview/Summary:
We are looking for a Design Supervisor to join our team to lead the Design Team Operations. You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the designers and their main performance indicators.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for 30-60 Operation’s member groups can include: Designers and support teams.Responsible for 3-4 team leads to support designer inquiries.Monitor employee metrics and provide proper feedback and coaching ensuring they align with customer needs, and guidelines.Maintain and approve attendance for employees.Prepare work and shift schedules including overtime as required.Coordinate employee training as needed and maintain training records in compliance with internal /external regulations.
