Job Description
Will perform the following duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of heavy equipment operator crews engaged in soil excavation, extraction, mixing, and delivery
- Establish and adjust work methods and procedures to meet soil mix specifications, production schedules, and project deadlines
- Coordinate soil sampling and testing activities for base soils and mixed products in collaboration with internal staff and external laboratories
- Interpret soil test results and supervise the adjustment of soil mix recipes from laboratory scale to full heavy equipment production
- Ensure operational compliance with approved soil mix recipes through ongoing monitoring, sampling, and corrective instruction to equipment operators
- Identify production or quality issues and recommend corrective measures to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance
