Job Description
Purpose:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of maintenance employees and maintaining equipment in good working order to ensure production requirements can be met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, planning, locating, negotiating and purchasing of new equipment for plant expansionProvide leadership for equipment installation and secure resources to achieve rated speeds and safe operation within specified timelinesEnsure the building, machinery, and services (electricity, steam, ammonia etc.) conform with and are maintained to legislative requirementsDesign, coordinates and implement modifications required to fine tune production process.
