Description
At SMS Equipment, our Supervisor, Mining Field is responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of field service activities at customer mine sites. This role provides hands‑on leadership to a team of tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy mining and construction equipment. You will play a key role in driving safety, quality, and performance while supporting both employees and customers in a dynamic field environment.
Work Location: Timmins, ON Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year plus Field Supervisor Work Location Allowance (~$30,000 annually, prorated per pay) Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working at various customer mine sites Schedule: 14x14 rotation (accommodations available)
