About the role
The Supervisor – On Bench supervises the on‑site TLS Orica team, blasting operations, plant and ancillary equipment in accordance with the service level agreement, corporate and regulatory standards. It also involves operating plant and equipment to deliver blasting products and services to customers, implementing the Orica SHES requirements, and complete adoption of CHECKPOINT and Quality programs. The supervisor assists in providing a quality service of bulk explosive delivery to customers in a safe and environmentally conscious manner at all times.
What you will be doing- Provides analytical/decision support to the area manager on continuous improvement plans for decreasing operational costs.
