Primary Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Supervise hourly employee teams.
- Provide weld technique training to hourly staff.
- Motivate and hold team accountable for performance and time standards.
- Act as facility’s subject matter expert for the performance of railcar repair.
- Resolve complex repair questions/issues for hourly and management teams.
