Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and execution to the approved Annual Budget Business Plan for the year according to the milestone, schedule or timeline planned by business.
- Recommend improvement initiative that will substantiate cost saving, technologies, and process efficiency improvement.
- Ensure the implementation of approved SOP’s within the budget of resources allocated for respective DC and Business Unit.
- Measure and monitor daily operational KPI’s (e.g. check electronic system, CCTV, physical security, infrastructure etc.) and take corrective measures for variances vs. agreed standards.
