Leader and resposable of the Area KPIs of Safety, 5S, SDWT events, Ideas System, Visual Fabric, as well as leader and responsible of the planing execution and implementation of Problem Solving Projects with A3 methodology, Cost reduction Projects, Green Projects, Kaizen and Jidoka Projects in its area. Responsible of mantaing and monitoring systems and tools such as Line Balancing, AMEF, Autonomus Maintenance, Kan-Ban, Fixtures and Pock-Yokes, 3NO System.
