Job Description
A construction site supervisor manages daily on-site operations, ensures projects stay on schedule and within budget, and strictly enforces safety regulations and building codes . They lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, inspect work quality, and report progress to project managers Site Management & Supervision:
Overseeing day-to-day construction activities, supervising workers, and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency. Safety Enforcement:
Conducting safety inspections, enforcing occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Project Scheduling & Planning:
Developing work schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones are met.
