SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST for the INSERVICE SUBMARINES DIVISION of PEO SSN. Responsibilities You will support planning and execution of modernization work throughout the submarine life cycle. You will track and report modernization metrics which support submarine availability planning milestones. You will lead the technical tasks within the group of contract officer representatives. You will work with sponsors to advertise for positions, interview candidates, and select personnel. You will coordinate mentorship efforts within the branch, assigning to employees the responsibility to instruct and guide the junior employees to promote professional development in the group. You will create individual development plans including brokering positional rotations with other TEAMSUB groups to promote connectedness and growth.
