Position Summary:
RGBSI A&D is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to serve as an engineering & manufacturing subject matter expert for RGBSI A&D across various programs requiring product/process design and manufacturing knowledge. This role will support the optimization of supplier relationships and their manufacturing processes by conducting supplier audits, supporting accurate completion and review of quality process documentation, and driving process improvements at the supplier level. Your role will involve collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the supply chain while developing your expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and supplier management.
