Supplier Development Engineer
Location: Vaasa, Finland (options in Helsinki and Turku). Hybrid remote work available.
Your role and responsibilities
- Actively support new product introduction and lead proactive quality assurance activities for supplier deliveries
- Analyse supplier performance and capabilities, identify development opportunities and drive impactful development actions
- Develop and execute supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance
- Support suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to cost, quality and delivery
- Execute supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verify impact
