Job Description
OVERVIEW
Responsible for measuring any type of parts using specialized equipment (MMZE, ROMER, CMM GLOBAL), measurement includes assembly, alignment, program creation, interpretation of drawings, measurement method and generation of results reports.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Professional career in Engineering, logistics, business or a related degree.
Minimum 7 years of related experience in a supplier quality engineer role, project management role, or related supplier quality function.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Ability to lead detailed projects, provide status reports, and track progress with management teams.
In-depth knowledge of APQP and Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP).
Ability to work effectively with a variety of people in a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and Minitab.
