Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain.

**Demand and Supply**
+ **Demand visibility and Business attainment** : Business revenue plan ( considering product evolution plan: NPI, Mature, EOL), Attainment status. Gap/risk, impact and action plan
+ **Mid term supply** gap evaluation, business impact and action plan
+ **Allocation** for global supply issue.
