Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment among XFN teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical equipment globally.
- Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFN on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment.
- Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes deep‑dive insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc.
- Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate.
