We are hiring an Account Operations Executive to manage backend execution of manufacturing accounts. This role focuses on process accuracy, ERP discipline, packaging coordination, QC tracking, and documentation control. This is a precision-driven role. Zero-error mindset required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Control
• ERP order entry with correct BOM and pricing
• Coordinate PM inward, GRN, and QC clearance
• Monitor production planning status daily
• Maintain usage and leftover reconciliation records

• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure bromide approvals and artwork checks
• Maintain written approvals for all changes
• Ensure legal and graphic compliance before print
