Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Demand and Supply Planning Cycle:
- Participating in demand reviewing meeting and provide input regarding ordering status.
Order Process
- Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system
- Provide reports on order status
- Reviewing production plan from affiliates and ensure product dispatch on time in full.
- Liaise with various carriers/forwarders to book vessels and schedule container stuffing for WH team
- Liaise with shipping agent on container pick up, export formalities and documentation.
- Prepare, review and send relevant documentation for customs clearance to customers.
- Manage claims submitted by affiliates.
Reporting
- Prepare visibility on order progress and delivery, as well as service performance, following company KPIs
