Supply Plannig Specialist
Location: Sumaré, Brazil
Responsibilities
- Analyze medium- and long-term capacity (6 months to 5 years).
- Develop footprint scenarios and plant capacity balance.
- Identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and future needs.
- Support investment decisions, prioritization, and capacity allocation.
- Prepare budgets related to capacity and operations.
- Create and maintain scenarios in SAP IBP, applying best practices.
- Support S&OP planning cycles with structured analyses and recommendations.
- Provide support to S&OP and S&OE teams by working in a stewardship role.
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives linked to cost and service.
- Migrate reports to Power BI and build executive-level dashboards with reliable data.
- Promote continuous improvement through automation, AI, and process standardization.
