The Support Analytics Specialist within our Supplier Support team accelerates our development and delivery of analytics and insights that will support Avetta’s customers. The role involves gathering technical requirements and ensuring insights, reports, and dashboards are created using our existing Data and Analytics platform (powered by Salesforce/PowerBI/Sisense/Snowflake/AWS), and other tools in the Avetta data ecosystem. The individual will work under the guidance of the VP of Customer Support and other department leaders as they complete analysis tasks with the end goal of improving our customer experience and delivery.
