Job Description
Project Deployment and Support – LATAM
Location: Bogota, with opportunities to travel across the LATAM region.
Overview: As a key member of our LATAM operations, you will spearhead project deployments, provide technical support, and manage documentation to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Project Management
- deployments, overseeing factory/staging tests, system integration, and interoperability management.
- Execute system configurations and documentation to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with customer technical staff on-site, conduct site acceptance tests, and resolve implementation issues.
- Track progress, follow up, and proactively resolve project issues.
