Project Deployment and Support – LATAM

Location: Bogota, with opportunities to travel across the LATAM region.

Overview: As a key member of our LATAM operations, you will spearhead project deployments, provide technical support, and manage documentation to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Project Management

• deployments, overseeing factory/staging tests, system integration, and interoperability management.
• Execute system configurations and documentation to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with customer technical staff on-site, conduct site acceptance tests, and resolve implementation issues.
• Track progress, follow up, and proactively resolve project issues.

Technical Support

• Provide responsive support via phone, email, and on-site visits to promptly resolve incidents.
