Support Specialists (Internship)

Our Client is a leader in Brand Intelligence, providing comprehensive media monitoring, advertising tracking, and analytics services supported by advanced technology and human analysis to help clients make data‑driven decisions and understand their competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first‑line and second‑line support across network, server, and application environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and virtualisation issues
• Assist in monitoring systems, performance alerts, and service uptime
• Support server maintenance, backups, patching, and system updates

Requirements:

• Strong interest in server and network support and engineering
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
• Basic exposure to Windows Server or Linux Server environments
