Position: Support Worker
Location: Amersham
Salary: £16,110 per annum or £13.77 per hour
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one, person-centred support that helps individuals build independence and achieve their goals.
- Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting.
- Deliver personal care sensitively and respectfully.
- Assist with medication and contribute to support plans.
- Organise activities and encourage community involvement.
- Help new team members through induction and mentoring.
