We're looking for kind, patient and values-driven Support Workers to join our warm and friendly team in Bridgend, where you'll be supporting three wonderful gentlemen in their 60s who live busy, social and fulfilling lives. Each person has their own personality and interests, and you'll play an important part in helping them enjoy each day in the way that suits them best.
Your role will be varied, meaningful and fun. You might be helping someone get out and about in the community, supporting two of the gents to use public transport, or joining in with activities like gardening, crafts, cooking or attending social events. One gentleman loves his evening soaps, while another enjoys trips to the pub and going on holidays – no two days will ever feel the same.
