We are currently looking for a courteous, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Support Worker to join Partnership of Care based in Caerphilly, South Wales for our Supported Living Service, The Cottage. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting people with ASD, however we have a full training package for any new staff so if you are looking to give something back to people that need support this role could be for you.
We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in meeting the complex support needs of individual people with learning disabilities.
- To have sound understanding of behaviours that challenge and be able to respond appropriately.
