About the Role
Support Worker – Cannock, Staffordshire
We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and help adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour. You will work in a caring and supportive environment and be part of a team providing person‑centred care.
Compensation and Hours
Full‑time, £13.00 per hour (flat rate). 12‑hour shifts, including days and waking nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Encourage independence and build confidence through meaningful activities and community access.
