The property has ten apartments, each with an open‑plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a bedroom that is accessed by a set of stairs. There is an additional apartment which has an open‑plan kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, two bedrooms and no internal stairs.

Emery Court also has two bungalows onsite, each with one bedroom, an open‑plan kitchen and living room and a bathroom.
