Job Title: Support Worker
Location: East Grinstead
Pay rate: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
Job Type: Part time Monday-Thursday (26 hours)
Contract: Temp - Perm
Must: Drive (UK licence)
Overview
The role is to support a 6‑year‑old client with cerebral palsy, assisting with personal care, medication administration and encouraging play. The environment provides opportunities for outdoor activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with personal care tasks.
- Administer medication as prescribed.
- Provide support during play and outdoor activities.
- Encourage social interaction and independence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children with complex conditions.
- Physically active and able to assist with floor play sessions.
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean record.
