We are looking for a full time support worker to support Clair.
Clair has spent a lot of her life in a long stay hospital, at times she is struggling to adjust to having her own home and so she needs support in this area. She already has a great team, she is just looking for some additional staff who are able to support her in the next chapter of her life, which is to increase her independence and build on her confidence. Clair is very independent so there is minimal requirement for her team to support her around her home. She does however need reassurance around her emotions and help to make sense of these.
You should have a mature outlook with a good level of emotional intelligence, someone who doesn't take things personally and someone who is prepared to work with Clair to support her to achieve her potential. It i...
