Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Career Growth

Creative Support's Development Pathway is seeking a Female Support Worker in Preston to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. The successful candidate will assist service users in engaging in various activities they enjoy, both at home and in the community.

This role requires flexibility in working hours and offers rewarding opportunities including full training and the chance to work towards the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Additional benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days of annual leave.
