We have multiple permanent roster lines available across our SIL homes in Burleigh Heads, offering up to 40-50-hour fortnightly contracts, working a variety of shifts including sleepovers (up to 6 sleepovers per Fortnight). To be considered for this role, you will be required to have open availability.

Working within our SIL (Supported Independent Living) home in Burleigh Heads, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home.
