Job Description
Priory Cotswold Lodge is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join their team. This is a full time position .
Shift pattern: Earliest, Lates and long days
£13.45 per hour
Cotswold Lodge is located in New Romney, in Kent. It offers residential support for eight men with a primary learning disability diagnosis. We are located on a private estate, near the seafront of a market town.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all the people we care for have a voice that is heard and that they receive the support, encouragement and empowerment to live the lives that they choose.
It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However, while this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people’s lives. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support.
