About the Role
As a Support Worker in Community Access, you will provide person-centred support to clients to help them safely and confidently engage in the community. This includes:
• Supporting clients to access community, social, and recreational activities
• Assisting with goal-based outings that promote independence and inclusion
• Providing support to individuals with complex care needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and consistency
Shifts are scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm, based on client requirements.
