Job Description
We are looking for caring individuals to join our dedicated staff team in Sheffield. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals with learning disabilities in their own home. You will enable the people we support to live full and meaningful lives, pursuing their passion for football and games to creative crafts and knitting. No two days are the same!
Support Worker duties include:
- Providing support and personal care
- Giving practical and emotional support with day to day living
- Delivering access within the wider community of the area
- Engaging the people we support in their preferred activities
