Location: Sheffield, Swallownest
Pay: £13.46 per hour (Part time)
Contract: 21 hour per week
Driver essential.
Shift schedule: 12‑hour shifts – 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 8:00 pm to 8:00 am (alternate weekends).
About the Role
We're looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker you will help people gain independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Your day will not be the same: you will teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage socialisation, and participate in activities such as swimming, games, films or cinema outings. You will be helping people to grow in confidence and independence, achieving goals like cooking dinner or going on holiday.
