Overview
Solid Performance KTM, a WP Authorized Service Center & full line KTM/KQV/GG offroad, street & adventure dealer, is seeking a qualified candidate for the Motorcycle Suspension Technician position within our suspension department. We are a leading WP Authorized center service the North American market and beyond.
Suspension Technician:
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and will have a deep understanding of the many tasks and processes required to provide quality, high-end service work. Specialized and brand-specific technical service training will be provided.
Non-technical work activities also play a significant role in the overall client experience and workflow. These include client interactions, shipping / receiving of spare parts / suspension, inventory control, & software data entry (Lightspeed EVO & Excel).
