Sustainability Knowledge Development Lead

The Sustainability Knowledge Development Lead is responsible for the Bank's internal and external sustainability capability-building strategy, manages its implementation, and measures its impact. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sustainability themes (e.g., sustainable finance, renewable energy, low carbon economy), have a strong network of experts and institutions, and be passionate about learning and upskilling roles with sustainability principles. The role also ensures compliance with regulatory mandates and global best practices in sustainability and impact reporting.
Responsibilities:
Align sustainability capability-building strategy with business goals.
Design training modules addressing environmental/social risks and opportunities.
Identify training needs through stakeholder consultation.
Source external experts/resources for training delivery.
Partner with HR Learning & Development to optimize training processes.
