Job Description
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle systems and production issues
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone methods
- Support SWAT (rapid response) activities for critical field and plant issues
- Analyze data from diagnostic tools, CAN logs, and test systems
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, quality, manufacturing, suppliers)
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Document findings, reports, and resolution plans
- Provide on-site support for issue validation and closure
