Job Description
• Daily monitoring of all production applications and systems
• Analyze operating systems, middleware components, and third-party vendor systems to determine what patches are required, then coordinate across groups to ensure patch levels
• Knowledge of standards/regulations impacting information Technology and Business operations (e.g. DFS, AML, OFAC)
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to deliver service to agreed levels successfully
