No. of positions – 1 Location: Pune Qualification: BE – Computers / ITExperience: 7–10 years' experience of supporting or administering business or engineering software Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Salary: As per market standards Key Responsibilities:• Deploy, support & update company software (installation, licensing, lifecycle)• Manage renewals, vendor coordination & software records• Support onboarding/offboarding & user provisioning• Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets within SLAs• Drive system/process improvements & ensure IT policy compliance• Track software usage and costs Be available to install unplanned urgent software requests after business hours. Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, or improve software usage across departments. Assist with software evaluations, testing, and rollouts of new applications or upgrades.
