Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support virtual servers both on-premises and in the cloud (Microsoft Azure, GCP, VMware).Monitor and validate backups, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate complex issues when needed.Support help desk teams by resolving system and infrastructure escalations.Administer on-premises infrastructure including Active Directory, Windows Server 2022, Linux servers (Ubuntu), and application/web servers.Manage Office 365 email accounts and Azure services.Monitor and maintain firewalls (ASA) and switches.Install and maintain IIS web servers; configure Apache/Nginx where required.Apply system patches, security updates, and SSL certificate renewals.Ensure high availability through clustering, load balancing, and redundancy configurations.Maintain infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and file s...
