What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) is advantageous.Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is a plus.In-depth understanding of D365FO modules and ERP support practices.Experience in supporting end-users, conducting UAT, and providing training is preferred.
