Job Description
LeverageTek is actively seeking a Systems Analyst, ERP Applications for a permanent, full-time position with its Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 4 days per week on-site at the customer headquarters in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
Key Tasks
- Provide ERP application support for financial business applications, including incidents, service requests, and problem resolution
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a client/server environment, escalating complex items as required
- Perform research, development, testing, and implementation of solutions related to business application functionality
- Support and maintain COTS ERP systems, including configuration, patching, and validation testing
- Develop, maintain, and execute PL/SQL scripts, migration jobs, and custom events within ERP platforms (e.g., IFS)
