System Analyst

Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders. Prepare end user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems. Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution. Maintains document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed. Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative and root-cause analysis. Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and prioritise key business needs. Investigates problem areas.
