Remote Long-term Contractor position Required Skills & Experience - Someone who has built a custom design system from scratch, understanding of how themes in design systems work - Significant experience developing valid, accessible, semantic HTML. - Extensive CSS experience including modular CSS architecture. - Strong experience with Design Tokens at scale. - Deep React knowledge with emphasis on browser/DOM interactions. - Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, ARIA, and accessibility best practices. - Experience with modern front-end tooling (Vitest, Testing Library, Storybook). - Experience with build tools including Vite, Webpack, Rollup. - Strong component-based development experience. - Experience defining Design System components and APIs.
