Senior Platform Engineer | Experience Telemetry Engineer
• Client is building a next generation Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capability focused on preventing technology issues before they impact how work gets done. As a DEX Engineer, you will play a foundational role in engineering the telemetry and data architecture that enables early detection, correlation, and prevention of digital experience degradation across endpoints, networks, and SaaS applications.
• This is a hands on engineering role responsible for integrating and configuring enterprise scale experience platforms (including SysTrack, Zscaler Digital Experience, and related telemetry sources), designing experience grade instrumentation, and ensuring signals are reliable, actionable, and aligned to real employee workflows.
